How to prevent algae and fungi from growing again?

EC Anti-Fungus Impregnator is a solvent-based stone sealant that protects stone surfaces by forming a long-lasting invisible barrier that repels soil, water and oil with added anti-fungal properties. It penetrates the substrate and adheres to porous surfaces. The anti-fungal property helps to reduce the frequency of high pressure water jetting.

It is ideal for use as a stone sealant for outdoor concrete walls and floors, such as slates, flamed granite, sandstone, terra-cotta and honed marble.

To use,

1) If there are existing algae and fungus, pre-wash the surface with EC Jet Clean.

2) Ensure the surface is completely dry.
3) Apply the impregnator directly to the surface by mopping, spraying or rolling on (using a lambswool roller).
3) Wait for it to dry (1 day). 

5) Re-apply another coat for rough outdoor surfaces for optimal results.
